When a product or all products in your order have the stock status "In Stock", we will do our best to deliver your order within the number of days stated above. We may deliver sooner than our ETA's but this is not always possible.
Payment Is NOT Made Online. Lead Times Will Be Communicated With You.
When a product or all products in your order have the stock status "On Pre-Order", you will have two options:
Place Pre-Order
Once you place your order online which you will not be billed for in this case, a sales consultant will inform you of the lead times for all the products in your order that is "on pre-order". You can decide if you want to still go-ahead with these items on pre-order or not. If you do, your dedicated sales consultant will assist you with the "pre-order" process.
Go With Sales Consultant Alternative
The 2nd option involves your order being placed online with pre-order products in your order. A sales consultant will provide you with alternative options of a similar spec which we have in stock. You can then tell the sales consultant to swop these products and you will not have to wait for any pre-order items to arrive.
IMPORTANT: Any orders that contain products "On Pre-Order" will NOT be billed online. But we encourage you to place your order nonetheless so that we can assist you with lead times or with alternatives.

The SOLE E20 elliptical as our starter model combines both great exercise as well as natural human movement. For the E20 we took the best features of our residential models and added a few additional upgrades of our own.
- Custom Designed Foot Pedals – These unique foot pedals were developed in collaboration with a leading physical therapist. Together with SOLE engineers, we designed a 2-degree inward slope to the foot pedals which reduces ankle and knee stress common in other elliptical machines
- Articulating Foot Pedals – Not everyone walks the same; for this reason, we have made the pedals articulating to fit the way you walk. This feature also reduces the numb toe effects and sore Achilles tendons helping users to focus less on being uncomfortable and more focused on achieving goals
- Strong Frame – The SOLE E20 uses heavy 38 mm steel that’s designed to support user weight of up to 300lbs
