Facing your palms away from your body when performing a resistance exercise is a technique known as a pronated grip. Exercises are often more difficult when done with a pronated grip.
When using this grip in pronate, you’ll be activating more muscle groups and increasing strength within your back muscle region. This attachment is comfortable to use and places your elbows/arm in proper alignment. This design encourages correct motion, that is what makes this attachment unique – it’s ability to alleviate the use of your biceps during a strictly back exercise. This attachment can also be used in the Supinated grip.
The main component is iron core, the exterior part is cladded with high-grade black PVC, which is durable, sturdy and resistant to corrosion and rusting. The perfect attachment to carry with you to gym.

I cannot get over how fantastic this product is. Only those who have it will know the amount of definition it builds in your back. Before and after using it for a month has really improved strength and definition and is a must have in your arsenal.
Non slipping/ compact design/ targets specific parts of the back and isolates the muscle groups.
