The LivePro Multi-Grip Bar Is A Unique & Vital Addition To Your Gym.
Made of high-quality steel, the multi-grip weightlifting bar features multiple grip handles to target specific muscle groups or cater to those trainers with limited mobility. The different grips help engage different muscles in the barbell workout, at the same time allowing for a more natural grip position to help reduce the stress the barbell which exerts on the wrists and forearms. The matte finish is very textured, with a sprayed black sand in the middle and electroplated finish on both sides, making it both strong and corrosion resistant. The knurled handle enhances hand grip and makes training safer.
