When a product or all products in your order have the stock status "In Stock", we will do our best to deliver your order within the number of days stated above. We may deliver sooner than our ETA's but this is not always possible.
When a product or all products in your order have the stock status "On Pre-Order", you will have two options:
Place Pre-Order Once you place your order online which you will not be billed for in this case, a sales consultant will inform you of the lead times for all the products in your order that is "on pre-order". You can decide if you want to still go-ahead with these items on pre-order or not. If you do, your dedicated sales consultant will assist you with the "pre-order" process.
Go With Sales Consultant Alternative The 2nd option involves your order being placed online with pre-order products in your order. A sales consultant will provide you with alternative options of a similar spec which we have in stock. You can then tell the sales consultant to swop these products and you will not have to wait for any pre-order items to arrive.
IMPORTANT: Any orders that contain products "On Pre-Order" will NOT be billed online. But we encourage you to place your order nonetheless so that we can assist you with lead times or with alternatives.
