This is one of our most popular weightlifting Olympic bars, and rightly so. It is a dedicated Weightlifting bar with impressive specs at a fraction of the price. The knurling is light which makes it perfect for weight lifting.
Thanks to the high-quality spring steel construction of the shaft, it can handle moderate loads (450kg) and will revert to its original shape once the tension has been released. This is ideal for a Weightlifting bar. The last thing you want after a huge PB is to be left with a basically unusable bent bar. The ability to flex gives the bar quite a lively feel.
