The Impulse IF93 Leg Curl/Leg Extension Machine has been designed to allow users to focus on developing leg muscles in the quads and hamstrings. It has a dual function design that is perfect for performing leg curls and leg extensions in one all round strength machine. Users simply place their legs underneath the pad to perform leg extensions, or place their leg on top of the pad to perform leg curls. A durable design and solid construction allow users to complete both exercises from a seated position making it ideal for supersets.

The machine features an angled seat which has been designed to start users in the optimum training position and supports the isolation of targeted muscle groups during the work out. In addition, the weight stack and leg pads can easily be changed from a seated position, by using either the pull pin or adjustment pins without the need to leave the machine. Dual grip handles can be found on either side of the seat pad for added support and stability.
